Terms and Conditions of Hire

ARZU ZIEGLER Terms and Conditions of Hire

On payment of deposit, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions as laid out here.

All hire goods supplied remain the property of ARZU ZIEGLER.

If delivery is included in the hire fee then the pricing includes delivery, set up and pack down within the Wellington area (all regions between Wellington city in the south and Tawa and Upper Hutt in the north).

If a delivery to outside of the Wellington area is required, it will need to be confirmed by ARZU ZIEGLER if this can be provided. A delivery to outside of Wellington will incur a delivery surcharge based on kilometres.

Bond

ARZU ZIEGLER charge a refundable bond/damage waiver on all bookings. The amount is specified in the booking’s description. 
A deposit of at least 50% of the agreed hire price is required in order to hold your booking date.
The balance of the agreed hire price must be made 48 hours prior to delivery of the goods.
Any loss or damage will be deducted from the bond. 
If the loss or damage exceeds the value of the bond, you will be invoiced for the additional costs.

Payment
Once your booking is requested, an invoice will be issued. This invoice will include the rental fee, bond and any other details about the hire such as delivery, set up and pack down fee if applicable. A booking is not considered confirmed until the invoice is paid in full and a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions must be received.

Late
If the flower frame is not returned on the agreed date, an additional daily hire will might be charged.

Loss or Damage

All items must be in the same original condition when picked up in order for the bond to be refunded.
It is the Client’s responsibility for any damage during the period which it is on loan. This includes insurance of the goods while in Client’s possession due to theft, fire, flooding, earthquakes, vandalism, confiscation or any other events resulting in loss or damage. Loss is where the item has not been returned or broken. 
Damage is when an item is not suitable for re-hire or requires repair.
In the event of any damage or loss, the customer will be charged the replacement cost (including shipping if applicable). 
Any loss or damage will be deducted from the bond. 
If the loss or damage exceeds the value of the bond, you will be invoiced for the additional costs.
All items remain the property of ARZU ZIEGLER, including damaged items.
Our flower frame contains paper flowers and is not waterproof and therefore not suitable for outdoor areas that expose it to water. Drops of water can alter the colour of the paper and is considered a damage of the product.
The customer is responsible for the correct use of all hired items and must guard against misuse, damage or loss of items from the time of delivery.

 

Liability
ARZU ZIEGLER accepts no liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss, or expense sustained or incurred by the customer, venue or any other parties when moving hired items, or using them inappropriately.

 

Cancellations
Refunds will not be offered for any cancellations within 30 days of the confirmed booking date. A 50% refund will be offered for any cancellations more than 30 days but less than 60 days from the confirmed booking date.
